Crispy golden fried shrimp served with a trio of classic buffalo and creamy boom boom sauces.

Ingredients
- 900g (2 lb) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 l vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (for tossing)
- 1/2 cup boom boom sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy coating.
- Whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each shrimp into the beaten egg, then dredge thoroughly in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pot or fryer to 175°C (350°F).
- Fry the shrimp in small batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain the fried shrimp on a wire rack or paper towels.
- Toss one-third of the shrimp in buffalo sauce and serve the remaining fried shrimp with a side of boom boom sauce.
