Crispy fried chicken breast bites tossed in classic buffalo, tangy BBQ, and savory garlic parmesan sauces.

Ingredients
- 900g (2 lb) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Whisk flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Toss chicken pieces in the seasoned flour until evenly coated, shaking off excess.
- Heat oil in a deep pot to 175°C (350°F).
- Fry chicken in batches for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through; drain on a wire rack.
- Divide fried chicken into three bowls.
- Toss the first portion with buffalo sauce, the second with BBQ sauce, and the third with a mixture of melted butter, garlic, and parmesan cheese.
