Crispy fried chicken breast bites tossed in classic buffalo, tangy BBQ, and savory garlic parmesan sauces.

Ingredients

  • 900g (2 lb) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Toss chicken pieces in the seasoned flour until evenly coated, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pot to 175°C (350°F).
  4. Fry chicken in batches for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through; drain on a wire rack.
  5. Divide fried chicken into three bowls.
  6. Toss the first portion with buffalo sauce, the second with BBQ sauce, and the third with a mixture of melted butter, garlic, and parmesan cheese.
