20 Minute Keto Pizza by Gimme Delicious

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup low-carb pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping
- 1 cup assorted pizza toppings, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
- Microwave the mozzarella and cream cheese in a large bowl for 45 seconds, then stir until smooth and combined.
- Mix in the egg, almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until a sticky dough forms.
- Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thick, then shape it into a round or rectangle.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, until set and lightly golden around the edges.
- Top the crust with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings, then bake 5 to 8 minutes more until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
