Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup low-carb pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping
  • 1 cup assorted pizza toppings, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave the mozzarella and cream cheese in a large bowl for 45 seconds, then stir until smooth and combined.
  3. Mix in the egg, almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thick, then shape it into a round or rectangle.
  5. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, until set and lightly golden around the edges.
  6. Top the crust with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings, then bake 5 to 8 minutes more until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
