Bread Donuts by Ghar Ka Khana Vlog
Crispy fried bread rounds soaked in milk, offering a simple and nostalgic sweet snack experience.

Ingredients
- 4 slices white sandwich bread
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional, for coating)
Instructions
- Trim the crusts off all 4 slices of bread using a sharp knife until ready to serve.
- Pour the milk into a shallow bowl and quickly dip each slice of bread until just moistened.
- Squeeze the bread gently to remove excess milk, then roll and shape each slice into a donut ring until ready to serve.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a small pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the bread donuts for 1-2 minutes per side until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel; optionally toss in sugar while still warm over medium heat until heated through, about 5 min.
