Whipped Feta and Pistachio Dip by Foodmymuse

Creamy whipped feta dip topped with crunchy pistachios and a generous drizzle of olive oil.

Ingredients
- 200g (7 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt or cream cheese
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (for the base)
- 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
- 1/2 tsp honey (optional, for balance)
Instructions
- Place the crumbled feta, yogurt or cream cheese, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a food processor.
- Process the mixture for 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until the texture is light and smooth.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and use a spoon to create a well in the center.
- Drizzle generously with the remaining extra virgin olive oil.
- Top with the chopped pistachios and serve immediately with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
