Hot Honey Garlic Chicken by Foodkidsandsleep
Crispy pan-seared chicken thighs glazed in a sticky, sweet, and spicy honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients
- 600g (1.3 lb) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp neutral oil (for frying)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust for heat)
Instructions
- Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes, simmering for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat thoroughly in the glaze for 1-2 minutes before serving.
