Ingredients
- 1 pack instant ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 3 slices american cheese
Instructions
- Boil the ramen noodles in a pot of water according to package instructions, usually about 3 minutes.
- Whisk the egg, kewpie mayo, minced garlic, and the ramen seasoning packet together in a serving bowl until smooth.
- Temper the egg mixture by slowly whisking in 2 tablespoons of the boiling ramen water to prevent scrambling until ready to serve.
- Drain the noodles and add them directly into the bowl with the sauce mixture, tossing vigorously for 1 minute until creamy.
- Top with the American cheese slices while the noodles are hot and stir until fully melted and incorporated.
