Spicy Peanut Chili Garlic Noodles by Foodgotmewasted
Tender shaved ribeye served over chewy noodles in a savory, spicy peanut and garlic sauce.

Ingredients
- 200g (7 oz) ribeye steak, thinly shaved
- 200g (7 oz) ramen or wheat noodles
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chili oil with crisp
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook noodles according to package directions, typically 3-5 minutes, then drain.
- Whisk together peanut butter, chili oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth.
- Heat neutral oil in a skillet over high heat until shimmering.
- Sear shaved ribeye for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the cooked noodles and the peanut sauce to the skillet, tossing for 1-2 minutes over medium heat until the sauce coats everything evenly.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and serve immediately until ready to serve.
