Tender shaved ribeye served over chewy noodles in a savory, spicy peanut and garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 200g (7 oz) ribeye steak, thinly shaved
  • 200g (7 oz) ramen or wheat noodles
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chili oil with crisp
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook noodles according to package directions, typically 3-5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Whisk together peanut butter, chili oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Heat neutral oil in a skillet over high heat until shimmering.
  4. Sear shaved ribeye for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and the peanut sauce to the skillet, tossing for 1-2 minutes over medium heat until the sauce coats everything evenly.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve immediately until ready to serve.
