Cinnamon Crumble Banana Bread by Flourishkitchen

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for crumble)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for crumble)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for crumble)
- 2 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cubed (for crumble)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Whisk together mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Prepare the crumble by mixing flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl, then cutting in cold butter until crumbly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the cinnamon crumble evenly over the top until ready to serve.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
