Spicy Garlic Chicken Legs made with chicken legs, cajun seasoning and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 8-9 chicken legs
- 3.5 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3.5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 2.5 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 cup red sriracha
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken legs with Cajun seasoning and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Marinate for a minimum of 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or oven to 400°F (200°C). Air fry or bake the marinated chicken legs in batches (4-5 pieces at a time) for 15 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the chicken cooks, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 20-30 seconds until the garlic is translucent and fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Stir in the red sriracha and red chili flakes, mixing well to combine with the garlic butter. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Transfer the cooked chicken legs into the skillet with the sauce and toss thoroughly to coat each piece evenly. Serve immediately
