Roasted Tomato Burrata Dip by Flavorsnlife

Roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves served with creamy burrata and a hint of spicy jalapeño.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 8 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 jalapeño pepper, sliced and deseeded
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 small baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450ºF (230°C).
- In a cast iron or other oven-safe pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until shimmering.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, crushed garlic cloves, sliced jalapeño pepper, salt, thyme, oregano, and black pepper to the pan. Toss with a wooden spoon to mix and coat the tomatoes evenly
- Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tomatoes begin to burst open and soften.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully place the burrata cheese on top of the warm roasted tomatoes.
- Garnish with red chili flakes and serve immediately with sliced baguette.
