Baked Feta and Cherry Tomatoes made with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and dried thyme.

Ingredients
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 block feta cheese, drained and cut into 4 pieces
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed and sliced
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a cast iron or other oven-safe pan, combine the cherry tomatoes, garlic cloves, olive oil, dried thyme, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together thoroughly with a wooden spoon to ensure the tomatoes are well coated.
- Create a space in the center of the tomato mixture and nestle the four pieces of feta cheese into the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the cherry tomatoes have burst open and the feta is softened and lightly golden.
- Remove the pan from the oven. Garnish the dish with red chili flakes and fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately with your favorite pasta or crusty bread.
