Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Crunchwrap by Fitwaffle

Crispy tortilla filled with saucy BBQ chicken, smoky bacon, fresh vegetables, and melted mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
- 150g chicken breast, diced
- 1 tbsp bbq seasoning
- 2 tbsp bbq sauce
- 1 rasher bacon
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 2 leaves baby gem lettuce
- 50g fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 mini flour tortilla (or cut circle)
Instructions
- Toss diced chicken with BBQ seasoning in a bowl until evenly coated.
- Place seasoned chicken and bacon rasher into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and bacon; chop the cooked bacon into smaller pieces.
- Lay out the large tortilla and layer the cooked chicken, bacon, diced tomato, lettuce, mozzarella, and BBQ sauce in the center.
- Place the mini tortilla on top of the filling to act as a lid.
- Fold the edges of the large tortilla upward and inward over the center to seal the crunchwrap.
- Place the crunchwrap into the air fryer, folds facing down, at 200°C (400°F) for 4–5 minutes.
- Flip carefully and air fry for an additional 2–3 minutes until the exterior is golden and crisp.
