Budget-friendly garlic butter biscuits stuffed with chicken Alfredo and melted cheese, then broiled until golden.

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)
- 1 tbsp butter, for the pan
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup prepared chicken Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a baking pan with 1 tablespoon butter.
- Arrange the biscuits in the pan and bake for 10 minutes, until partially set but not fully cooked.
- Season the chopped chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano, then cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Slice each half-baked biscuit horizontally without cutting all the way through, then spoon chicken Alfredo sauce into the centers.
- Top each biscuit with shredded cheese, transfer to a clean pan if needed, and broil on high for 30 to 45 seconds until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt, then brush over the hot biscuits and finish with parsley.
