- 150g skin-on, boneless chicken thigh
- 400ml chicken bone broth
Instructions
- Sear chicken thigh until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add chicken bone broth to the pot and bring to a simmer
- Add cabbage and noodles to the simmering broth.
- Cook until noodles are tender and cabbage is slightly softened, about 5-7 minutes.
