Ingredients

  • 150g skin-on, boneless chicken thigh
  • 400ml chicken bone broth

Instructions

  1. Sear chicken thigh until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Add chicken bone broth to the pot and bring to a simmer
  3. Add cabbage and noodles to the simmering broth.
  4. Cook until noodles are tender and cabbage is slightly softened, about 5-7 minutes.
