- 1 box (15 oz) red velvet cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 10 oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large bowl, mixing until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in the chopped Oreo cookie pieces until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers still look slightly soft.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
