Healthy High-Protein Banana Cocoa Brownies by Fernandashaw

Fudgy, flourless brownies blended with Greek yogurt and banana for a guilt-free protein boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, eggs, cocoa powder, bananas, and baking powder to a blender and blend until completely smooth, about 30–60 seconds.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  5. Let cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing into 6 portions.
