Healthy High-Protein Banana Cocoa Brownies by Fernandashaw

Fudgy, flourless brownies blended with Greek yogurt and banana for a guilt-free protein boost.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Add Greek yogurt, eggs, cocoa powder, bananas, and baking powder to a blender and blend until completely smooth, about 30–60 seconds.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing into 6 portions.
