Crunchy Chocolate Nut Clusters by Fedwajg

Dark chocolate clusters filled with toasted mixed nuts and seeds, finished with a touch of sea salt.

Ingredients

  • 120 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100 g mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts), roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp seeds (pumpkin or sunflower seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Toast the nuts and seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat.
  3. Fold the toasted nuts and seeds into the melted chocolate until well-coated.
  4. Spoon small clusters onto a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle lightly with sea salt until ready to serve.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm and set.
