Savory instant noodles elevated with a jammy egg, crisp green onions, and a rich, spicy broth.

Ingredients
- 1 packet instant ramen noodles (such as nongshim)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili oil (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 500ml (2 cups) of water in a small pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the ramen noodles and seasoning packet, cooking for 3 minutes until noodles are al dente.
- Carefully crack the egg directly into the boiling broth, letting it poach for 2 minutes without stirring for a set white and runny yolk.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil until ready to serve.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with sliced green onions and optional chili oil before serving until ready to serve.
