Chicken Salad Melt Sliders by Everythingsmajor
Creamy rotisserie chicken salad with crisp apple and peppers, topped with melted cheddar on toasted brioche.

Ingredients
- 2 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
- 1/3 cup red apple, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp sweet paprika
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 brioche slider buns
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup dried parsley
Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, relish, apple, onion, celery, and peppers in a large bowl, stirring until evenly coated.
- Fold in the salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, and paprika until well incorporated.
- Brush the cut sides of the slider buns with melted butter and toast in a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes until golden.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a generous scoop of chicken salad on the bottom bun, topping with a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Place the assembled sliders under a broiler for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley, add the top bun, and serve immediately.
