Ingredients
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 tsp honey
- 3/4 cup neutral oil (such as grapeseed or avocado oil)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly cracked
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, white miso paste, honey, and lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl until ready to serve.
- Whisk the mixture vigorously until the miso paste is fully dissolved and the ingredients are well combined.
- Slowly drizzle in the oil while continuing to whisk constantly to emulsify the dressing until smooth and thickened.
- Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste, then stir in the sesame seeds before serving until ready to serve.
