Shaved mango ice topped with fresh mango chunks, cheesecake cubes, vanilla ice cream, and mango mochi.

Ingredients
- 2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup fresh mango, diced
- 1/2 cup cheesecake, cubed
- 1/4 cup corn flakes
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup mango mochi balls
- 2 tbsp mango syrup
Instructions
- Blend the frozen mango, milk, and condensed milk until smooth, then freeze in a shallow container for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Scrape the frozen mixture with a fork repeatedly to create a fluffy, snow-like shaved ice texture.
- Prepare the mango syrup by simmering fresh mango pieces with a splash of water and sugar until reduced, then cooling.
- Assemble the bowl by layering the shaved ice base with fresh mango chunks and cheesecake cubes.
- Top with corn flakes for crunch, mango mochi balls, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and a drizzle of mango syrup.
