Soft, chewy cookies featuring melted Biscoff spread and sweet white chocolate chips in every bite.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup biscoff spread, melted
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the melted butter, melted Biscoff spread, and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, whisking until well combined.
- Fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips until ready to serve.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart until ready to serve.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain slightly soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
