Crispy oven-baked chicken wings tossed in a trio of bold jerk, buffalo, and lemon pepper seasonings.

Ingredients
- 1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken wings, split
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
- 1 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp buffalo seasoning
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
- Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness until ready to serve.
- Toss the wings in a large bowl with olive oil and baking powder until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching until ready to serve.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and divide the wings into three separate bowls at 375°F until golden and cooked through, about 25 min.
- Toss one-third of the wings with jerk seasoning, one-third with buffalo seasoning, and one-third with lemon pepper seasoning over medium heat until heated through, about 5 min.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving until ready to serve.
