20-Minute Honey Soy Chicken by Drew Eats

Tender chicken glazed in a savory-sweet honey soy reduction, served best with steamed white rice.

Ingredients
- 600g (1.3 lbs) chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp green onion, thinly sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic in a small bowl until well combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pour the honey-soy mixture over the chicken and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until the sauce bubbles and thickens into a glossy glaze.
- Remove from heat, stir in sesame oil, and garnish with sliced green onions before serving until ready to serve.
