Lean chicken breast sliders prepared without deep frying for a protein-packed, game-day friendly meal.

Ingredients

  • 450g (1 lb) chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 4 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp light golden bbq sauce (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast slices evenly with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken slices for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Toss the cooked chicken in the golden BBQ sauce until well coated.
  5. Toast the slider buns lightly in a separate pan or oven for 2 minutes.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing the glazed chicken on the toasted buns and serve immediately.
