Lean chicken breast sliders prepared without deep frying for a protein-packed, game-day friendly meal.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 4 slider buns
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp light golden bbq sauce (for coating)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breast slices evenly with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken slices for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Toss the cooked chicken in the golden BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Toast the slider buns lightly in a separate pan or oven for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the glazed chicken on the toasted buns and serve immediately.
