Seared chicken breast tossed in a creamy yogurt dressing, served inside a toasted flour tortilla.

Ingredients
- 170g (6 oz) chicken breast, diced
- 1 large flour tortilla (low-calorie/high-fiber)
- 60g (1/4 cup) non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season the diced chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from heat and toss with the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl
- Warm the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
- Fill the center of the tortilla with the chicken mixture, fold the sides inward, and roll tightly to serve
