Ingredients

  • 170g (6 oz) chicken breast, diced
  • 1 large flour tortilla (low-calorie/high-fiber)
  • 60g (1/4 cup) non-fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the diced chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from heat and toss with the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl
  5. Warm the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
  6. Fill the center of the tortilla with the chicken mixture, fold the sides inward, and roll tightly to serve
