Honey Lavender Whipped Brie by Diningwithskyler
Creamy whipped brie cheese drizzled with floral-infused honey, perfect for spreading on toasted baguette slices.

Ingredients
- 225g (8 oz) brie cheese, rind removed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp culinary-grade dried lavender
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Combine the honey and dried lavender in a small saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes before straining.
- Place the rindless brie and heavy cream into a food processor or high-speed blender until ready to serve.
- Pulse or blend on high for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is light, fluffy, and smooth.
- Transfer the whipped brie to a serving bowl and drizzle the infused lavender honey over the top until ready to serve.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread until ready to serve.
