High-Protein Cottage Cheese Beef Bowl by Dieteticaesthetic

Ingredients
- 0.5 lb ground beef
- 1 whole sweet potato
- 0.5 cup cottage cheese
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp hot honey
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Cube the sweet potato, toss with salt and pepper, and bake for 30 minutes until tender.
- While the potato bakes, heat a pan over high heat and brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
- Add taco seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef, stir well, and remove from heat.
- Assemble the bowl by layering the cooked beef, roasted sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, and sliced avocado.
- Drizzle with hot honey and finish with an extra dusting of black pepper before serving.
