Ingredients
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pickles, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 0.5 jalapeno, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 3 tbsp pickle juice
Instructions
- Drain the pickles, reserving 3 tbsp of the juice, then chop the pickles into bite-sized pieces and add them to a medium mixing bowl
- Finely chop the green onions and jalapeno, then add them to the bowl with the pickles.
- Add the sour cream, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, pickle juice, and buffalo sauce to the bowl.
- Stir all ingredients together vigorously until the mixture is uniform and creamy.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl or the cleaned-out pickle jar and serve immediately with your favorite chips.
