Creamy buffalo-spiced cheese dip blended with chopped pickles and sharp cheddar for a tangy finish.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pickles, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 jalapeno, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 3 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Drain the pickles, reserving 3 tbsp of the juice, then chop the pickles into bite-sized pieces and add them to a medium mixing bowl
  2. Finely chop the green onions and jalapeno, then add them to the bowl with the pickles.
  3. Add the sour cream, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, pickle juice, and buffalo sauce to the bowl.
  4. Stir all ingredients together vigorously until the mixture is uniform and creamy.
  5. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl or the cleaned-out pickle jar and serve immediately with your favorite chips.
