Baked Caesar Salmon by Dieteticaesthetic
Sheet-pan salmon and broccoli baked with Caesar dressing, mozzarella, and parmesan until bubbly.

Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 6 oz each), patted dry
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing, divided
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly oil it, about 5 minutes.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then set them aside while the oven heats.
- Toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper on the baking sheet, then nestle the salmon into the broccoli.
- Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing over each fillet, then scatter mozzarella, parmesan, and any optional seasonings over the salmon and broccoli.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches 130 to 145°F internally and the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Spoon or brush on the remaining Caesar dressing, if desired, and serve immediately while hot.
