Tomato Peach Burrata Salad by Diana Malbertfood
Sweet summer peaches and vine-ripened tomatoes paired with creamy burrata for a refreshing seasonal salad.

Ingredients
- 225g (8 oz) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 large peaches, sliced into wedges
- 225g (8 oz) burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Arrange the sliced peaches and halved cherry tomatoes on a large serving platter.
- Place the burrata in the center and gently split it open to expose the creamy middle.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the fruit and cheese.
- Scatter torn basil over the top and finish with flaky sea salt just before serving.
