Dense, fudgy banana brownies swirled with creamy peanut butter, made entirely without refined sugar.

Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 large eggs
- 150g (3/4 cup) creamy peanut butter
- 30g (1/4 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional for lift)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and mostly free of large lumps.
- Whisk in the eggs and peanut butter until the mixture is uniform and creamy.
- Sift the cocoa powder (and baking powder if using) into the bowl and fold gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula until ready to serve.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan for at least 30 minutes before slicing to ensure they set properly.
