Cinnamon Roll Layer Cake by Delmarbakingco
Decadent, multi-layered cake constructed from individual cinnamon rolls with visible swirls and a creamy finish.

Ingredients
- 3 cans (12.4 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
- Arrange individual cinnamon rolls in the bottom of each pan, ensuring they are packed tightly to form a solid layer.
- Whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then drizzle evenly over the rolls in each pan.
- Pour 1/3 cup of heavy cream over the rolls in each pan to ensure they stay moist while baking.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F and the tops are golden brown.
- Allow the layers to cool completely in the pans before carefully removing them.
- Whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze, then stack the layers with glaze in between and over the top.
