Tender roasted chicken pieces coated in a savory, caramelized honey-oyster glaze with roasted vegetables.

Ingredients
- 800g (1.75 lb) chicken thighs or drumsticks
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oyster sauce, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and oil until smooth.
- Place the chicken, bell peppers, and red onion on a large sheet pan until ready to serve.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken and vegetables, tossing thoroughly to ensure everything is evenly coated until ready to serve.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
