Ingredients

  • 12 oz tortilla chips
  • 3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup black beans, drained
  • 0.5 cup corn kernels
  • 0.5 cup diced red onion
  • 1 unit jalapeño, sliced
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips in a single, even layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the beans, corn, onion, and jalapeños evenly over the chips.
  4. Cover the mixture generously with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with dollops of sour cream and fresh cilantro before serving.
