Ingredients
- 12 oz tortilla chips
- 3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup black beans, drained
- 0.5 cup corn kernels
- 0.5 cup diced red onion
- 1 unit jalapeño, sliced
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips in a single, even layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the beans, corn, onion, and jalapeños evenly over the chips.
- Cover the mixture generously with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and top with dollops of sour cream and fresh cilantro before serving.
