Yogurt-marinated chicken breast skewers seasoned with aromatic garlic, dried oregano, and smoked paprika for a savory finish.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 0.5 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and stir until evenly coated; cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes before threading the chicken pieces onto them.
- Preheat your grill or a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
