Oven Baked Jerk Beef Ribs by Dasliderguy

Tender oven-baked beef ribs coated in a bold, spicy jerk-infused ketchup glaze.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks beef back ribs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 4 tbsp jerk seasoning paste
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Pat the beef ribs dry and season lightly with salt and pepper until ready to serve.
  3. Whisk the ketchup and jerk seasoning paste together in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and brush generously with half of the jerk glaze until ready to serve.
  5. Cover the ribs tightly with foil and bake for 2 hours until the meat is tender.
  6. Remove the foil, brush with the remaining glaze, and increase the oven heat to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
