Spicy Chicken Caesar Kimchi Bacon Focaccia by Dansfoodforthought
Crispy chicken and bacon served on kimchi-infused focaccia with parmesan-dressed romaine lettuce and chili flakes.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 slices bacon
- 0.5 cup kimchi, chopped
- 2 focaccia squares
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
- 0.25 cup caesar dressing
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake bacon until crispy, about 12-15 minutes.
- Fold chopped kimchi into the focaccia dough before baking, or press into the top of pre-baked focaccia and toast for 5 minutes.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, then sear in a pan with olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Toss the shredded romaine with caesar dressing and parmesan cheese in a medium bowl over medium heat until well combined, about 8 min.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering the warm chicken, crispy bacon, and dressed romaine onto the kimchi-infused focaccia.
