Creamy Pearl Pasta Salad by Dailia Kitchen
Pearl pasta tossed with fresh tomatoes in a tangy cottage cheese and grainy mustard dressing.

Ingredients
- 200g (7 oz) pearl pasta (couscous or fregola)
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 tsp % fat yogurt
- 1 tsp grainy mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the pearl pasta in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes, or until al dente, then drain and cool under cold water.
- Whisk together the cottage cheese, yogurt, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
- Combine the cooled pasta and diced tomatoes in a large mixing bowl until ready to serve.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Top with black sesame seeds and serve chilled until ready to serve.
