Maple Butter Iced Latte by Cristiiicarrillo
Chilled espresso-style latte infused with rich maple butter and finished with a creamy float.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee
- 2 fl oz hot water
- 1 tsp maple butter
- 4 ice cubes
- 120 ml (4 oz) milk
- 2 tbsp half and half or heavy cream
- 1 tsp maple butter (for garnish)
Instructions
- Dissolve the instant coffee in 2 fl oz of hot water in a small glass or mug.
- Stir in 1 tsp of maple butter until completely melted and incorporated into the coffee mixture.
- Fill a serving glass with 4 ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
- Pour 120 ml of milk over the coffee and ice.
- Top with 2 tbsp of half and half or heavy cream and an additional 1 tsp of maple butter for a creamy, sweet finish.
