Fresh berries simmered with honey and citrus into a vibrant, chunky fruit preserve.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine the berries and water in a small saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil.
- Boil the mixture for 1 minute until the berries begin to break down.
- Stir in the honey and citrus juice.
- Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Mash the mixture gently with a fork, retaining some fruit pieces for a chunky texture.
