Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta by Cristiiicarrillo
Al dente pasta tossed in a silky garlic-infused parmesan cream sauce with fresh herbs.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) fettuccine or linguine pasta
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Whisk in the grated parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
- Drain the pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water, and add the noodles directly to the skillet.
- Toss the pasta in the sauce for 1-2 minutes, adding reserved water if needed to adjust consistency, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
