- 450g (1 lb) smoked sausage links, sliced
- 450g (1 lb) frozen meatballs
- 450g (1 lb) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 350g (12 oz) grape jelly
- 350ml (12 oz) sweet chili sauce
- 240ml (8 oz) catalina dressing
Instructions
- Combine the sliced smoked sausage, frozen meatballs, and shrimp in a large aluminum pan.
- Pour the grape jelly, sweet chili sauce, and Catalina dressing over the meat mixture.
- Stir thoroughly until the jellied sauce is combined and the meats are evenly coated.
- Place the pan on a preheated grill set to medium-low heat.
- Cover the pan loosely with a sheet of aluminum foil.
- Cook for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sauce is bubbling and the proteins are cooked through.
