Ramen Noodle Boil by Cowboychrisdorrah
Savory seafood boil inspired ramen featuring butter-poached shrimp, sliced sausage, and sauce-injected hard-boiled eggs.

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 sausage, sliced
- 3 packs ramen noodles
- 2 ears frozen corn on the cob
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water (for corn boil)
- 1 cup reserved noodle water
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter (for corn boil)
- 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter (for sauce/cooking)
- 4 tbsp mofo delicious seasoning
- 3 packets ramen noodle seasoning packets
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Boil eggs in water for 10 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath, peel, and set aside.
- Boil 2 cups water, 1 cup milk, 1 stick butter, and 1 tsp salt in a pot, add corn, and boil for 10 minutes.
- Fry sliced sausage in 4 tbsp butter in a pan until cooked, remove and set aside.
- Sauté shrimp in the same pan until pink and opaque, then remove and set aside.
- Melt 1 stick of butter in the pan, stir in Mofo seasoning and ramen packets, and simmer.
- Boil ramen noodles for 10 minutes, reserve 1 cup of cooking water, and drain noodles.
- Whisk the reserved cup of noodle water into the butter-seasoning sauce and simmer on low heat.
- Fill a food injector with the sauce and inject the peeled eggs until full.
- Toss the drained noodles into the sauce, then serve topped with sausage, shrimp, corn, and the injected eggs.
