Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 oz crawfish tail meat
  • 12 oz lump crab meat, drained
  • 12 oz cooked shrimp
  • 10 oz petite diced tomatoes, drained

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Whisk in the garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and cayenne pepper until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the pepper jack and cheddar cheeses, mixing until completely melted and smooth; add a splash of extra cream if the sauce is too thick.
  5. Season the crawfish meat with a dash of Cajun seasoning, then fold it into the pan.
  6. Add the drained lump crab meat and cooked shrimp, stirring gently to combine.
  7. Fold in the drained diced tomatoes.
  8. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to meld, stirring occasionally.
