- 12 oz lump crab meat, drained

- 10 oz petite diced tomatoes, drained
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Whisk in the garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and cayenne pepper until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the pepper jack and cheddar cheeses, mixing until completely melted and smooth; add a splash of extra cream if the sauce is too thick.
- Season the crawfish meat with a dash of Cajun seasoning, then fold it into the pan.
- Add the drained lump crab meat and cooked shrimp, stirring gently to combine.
- Fold in the drained diced tomatoes.
- Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to meld, stirring occasionally.
