Ingredients
- 113g (1 stick) herb butter, softened
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
- 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
- 0.25 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place the softened herb butter into a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, paprika, thyme, black pepper, cayenne, red pepper flakes, and salt to the bowl.
- Stir all ingredients with a spatula or fork for 1-2 minutes until completely uniform and creamy.
- Taste the butter and add extra salt or spice if desired.
- Transfer to a serving bowl for immediate use, or roll into a log using plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes to firm up for slicing.
