Cherry Pecan Cinnamon Roll Bake by Cowboychrisdorrah

Soft cinnamon rolls baked with tart cherry pie filling and a crunchy pecan topping.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8-count each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
  • 2 cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 tbsp baking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish thoroughly with baking spray.
  3. Arrange the 16 cinnamon rolls side-by-side in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Pour the two cans of cherry pie filling evenly over the top of the cinnamon rolls.
  5. Sprinkle the pecan pieces evenly over the cherry pie filling layer.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the bake cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Drizzle the included icing packets over the warm rolls before serving.
