Vodka Chicken Snack Packs by Corneliuscooks
Crispy pan-seared dough pockets filled with creamy vodka-sauce chicken and melted American cheese.

Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into nickel-sized bites
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vodka sauce (plus extra for serving)
- 5 slices american cheese
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Sear the chicken in a pan with the minced garlic over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the vodka sauce and Italian seasoning; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the American cheese until fully melted and creamy, then remove from heat.
- Combine the flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl to form a dough, then divide into 4 equal pieces.
- Roll out each piece of dough, place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center, and fold the edges to seal like a dumpling
- Flatten the filled dough slightly and pan-fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with reserved vodka sauce for dipping.
