Crispy pan-seared dough pockets filled with creamy vodka-sauce chicken and melted American cheese.

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into nickel-sized bites
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vodka sauce (plus extra for serving)
  • 5 slices american cheese
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Sear the chicken in a pan with the minced garlic over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour in the vodka sauce and Italian seasoning; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the American cheese until fully melted and creamy, then remove from heat.
  5. Combine the flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl to form a dough, then divide into 4 equal pieces.
  6. Roll out each piece of dough, place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center, and fold the edges to seal like a dumpling
  7. Flatten the filled dough slightly and pan-fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with reserved vodka sauce for dipping.
