Crispy breaded chicken breast stuffed with creamy Boursin cheese, finished with a drizzle of hot honey.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 150g (5.2 oz) boursin garlic and fine herbs cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp salt (divided)
  • 1 tsp black pepper (divided)
  • 1 tbsp paprika (divided)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder (divided)
  • 1 tbsp onion powder (divided)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp hot honey

Instructions

  1. Slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast and stuff with 1/4 of the Boursin cheese, sealing the edges with toothpicks if needed.
  2. Mix the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder together, then divide the seasoning mix equally between the flour and the breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each stuffed chicken breast in the seasoned flour, then coat thoroughly with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Pan-sear the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the breading is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the pan, discard any toothpicks, and drizzle immediately with hot honey before serving.
