Crispy Boursin-Stuffed Chicken with Hot Honey by Cookingwithmurph

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 150g (5.2 oz) boursin garlic and fine herbs cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp salt (divided)
- 1 tsp black pepper (divided)
- 1 tbsp paprika (divided)
- 1 tbsp garlic powder (divided)
- 1 tbsp onion powder (divided)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp hot honey
Instructions
- Slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast and stuff with 1/4 of the Boursin cheese, sealing the edges with toothpicks if needed.
- Mix the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder together, then divide the seasoning mix equally between the flour and the breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each stuffed chicken breast in the seasoned flour, then coat thoroughly with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Pan-sear the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the breading is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the pan, discard any toothpicks, and drizzle immediately with hot honey before serving.
